Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Centre Manager in Microfinance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microfinance and excellent leadership s.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the microfinance centre.
Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
