Are “people-persons”, have excellent interpersonal skills and a good understanding of customer service
Should possess good counselling and convincing skills and the candidate should have the ability to make affective follow-up calls to the parents.
Able to train and supervise staff
Have clerical skills as well as people skills; for manging files, records, and other word processing-related tasks
Good with delegating and coordinating tasks among workers
Friendly with kids and teach them basic discipline, social/ public/ emotional skills
Stick on to the curriculum and bring out creative methodology of teaching !
