Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in Centre Operations or related field (Centre Head/Manager/Incharge). Strong background in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management with expertise in Operations Management. Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve operational excellence. Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving common goals. Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
