We're Hiring! | Social Media Marketing & Communications Executive – CIBA, Mumbai 📍 Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Full-time | On-site Are you passionate about startups, storytelling, and strategy? CIBA (Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration) Mumbai is looking for a creative, driven, and entrepreneurial Social Media Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team! As the Social Media Marketing & Communications Executive , you’ll be the voice of CIBA crafting narratives, driving visibility, building partnerships, and engaging with a vibrant community of founders, ecosystem enablers, and changemakers. 🔧 What you’ll do: Lead CIBA’s brand, social media, PR, and content strategy Create impactful campaigns for our programs, events, and startups Collaborate with incubated startups to amplify their stories Build relationships with media, ecosystem partners, and collaborators Plan and manage offline and digital outreach initiatives Design and execute communication for internal and external stakeholders 🎓 Who we're looking for: 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (startup/ecosystem experience is a plus!) Strong storytelling, copywriting, and social media skills Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Suite, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc. Someone who loves wearing multiple hats, learning on the go, and working closely with founders 💡 Bonus if you: Have a knack for reels, newsletters, photography, or event coverage Enjoy working in fast-paced environments and value creative freedom ✨ You'll be working alongside a passionate team, directly under the CEO, and contributing to the growth of India’s startup ecosystem.
