Our e-learning platform provides students with access to a range of courses, particularly for those seeking to advance their careers in law, HR, business, and finance. We are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, Immigration Advice Authority and certified for the Continuing Professional Development courses in law. We are seeking a CIPD Tutor to join our team. Job Purpose The CIPD Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for learners enrolled on the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice and other HR-related qualifications. The tutor will support learners in achieving professional competence, applying theoretical knowledge to workplace practice, and meeting the CIPD learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Delivery • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging sessions (classroom) aligned with CIPD curriculum requirements. • Deliver units covering core HR, L&D, and organisational behaviour modules. • Use a variety of teaching methods, learning materials, and assessment tools to meet diverse learner needs. • Incorporate real-life HR case studies and employment law examples into lessons. Assessment & Quality Assurance • Design and mark assignments, portfolios, and formative assessments. • Provide timely and constructive feedback to learners. • Maintain accurate learner progress records, grades, and attendance. • Support internal and external verification and moderation processes to ensure compliance with CIPD standards. Essential Skills & Qualifications • A recognised CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above). • Demonstrated experience delivering HR or CIPD-accredited programmes. • Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills (Microsoft Teams, Tutor LMS, Zoom, etc.).
