Position: Quality Executive(Products) Experience: 6+ years Location: Pondicherry Quality Assurance Management: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. - Ensure that all products adhere to established quality standards and guidelines. - Monitor and report on product quality performance, identifying areas for improvement. Process Improvement: - Analyse and assess current QA processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement. - Implement best practices for quality assurance and control across the product lifecycle. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance product quality. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and quality metrics. - Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and action plans. - Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Compliance and Standards: - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. - Keep abreast of the latest developments in quality assurance practices and technologies. Skills: • Strong in QMS, Audit, Quality Audit, Central Quality, General Quality in IT software. • Technical skills - Understanding of SDLC and Testing lifecycle; Experience in manual and automated testing; Defect tracking and management; Test case design and execution; • QMS skills - Understanding of QMS; Process Management; Audit and Compliance knowledge; Customer complaint analysis; Documentation • Knowledge of Industry Standards - Familiar with relevant standards: ISO 9001; CMMi Interested candidates share your resume to vijayakumar.prakash@integra.co.in
