As a Legal Manager specializing in Real Estate, your role involves a comprehensive understanding and application of local, state, and central laws pertaining to land, property, and real estate transactions. Your primary responsibility will include conducting Title Due Diligence, which entails thorough analysis of revenue documents, legal searches, and overseeing the entire transaction process. Additionally, you will be expected to draft various legal documents such as Agreements, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Conveyances, and manage ongoing real estate transactions for the organization. Your expertise in both Litigation and Non-Litigation matters will be crucial in representing the company in legal proceedings and court appearances. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience working with a law firm or real estate developer, along with a solid background in real estate and property laws. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, a strong command of English, and a Bachelor's degree in law are essential requirements. Fluency in Marathi, both written and spoken, is mandatory, and the role is based in Mumbai, therefore outstation candidates need not apply.
