Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Nagpur with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing feedback to the product development team. The role also involves coordinating with the engineering team to provide technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Qualifications Strong track record in sales and business development in engineering or automation sectors Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Understanding of electrical systems, industrial automation, and related technologies Proficiency in market research and preparing persuasive sales proposals Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some work-from-home flexibility Prefered Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
