Role & responsibilities Conceptualization of new product ideas for Data Products (ILL/Broadband, Etc.) and Cloud Communication Solutions targeted at the Enterprise and SME Business segment Launch of new products/enhancements Updation of Product collaterals (Website/Product and Solution Presentations, Etc.) Preparing Case studies, FAQs for Sales teams Internal Data analysis and performance reporting Ensure Regulatory compliance Customer Life cycle maintenance and management Provide Product support to functional teams Interface with internal teams (Network and IT teams) for Product delivery and with support teams to address product issues Engage with Eco System for Alliances to enhance business value proposition Tracking and updating Internet and Communication Industry developments Maintaining Brands social media presence across relevant digital channels (Linkedin, Youtube, Etc.) Planning digital marketing campaigns, Web, Email, social media, Etc. Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across digital channels Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Qualifications and Individual Qualities: BE / MBA – Telecom and Marketing Specialization preferred Minimum 7-8 years experience in a Product Marketing Position in the Enterprise and SME Telecom Business segment Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Agile and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Telecom Marketing space Demonstrable experience in leading and managing Digital marketing campaigns with measurable and favourable outcomes In Depth Working knowledge of Digital Marketing Concepts, Excel, Powerpoint Proficient in delivering sales presentations, webinars and other external business stake holder interactions Proactive, Self-Starter and Customer-Focused Dedicated, flexible and goes the extra mile to execute responsibilities Conceptualization of new product ideas for Data Products (ILL/Broadband, Etc.) and Cloud Communication Solutions targeted at the Enterprise and SME Business segment Launch of new products/enhancements Updation of Product collaterals (Website/Product and Solution Presentations, Etc.)
