Center Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations of our skill development/training centers in Nellore, Anantapur, Chittoor, and Kurnool. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing government projects, particularly in the education, skill development, or training sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring smooth functioning. Oversee the implementation of government-funded projects and ensure compliance with guidelines. Coordinate with trainers, students, and other stakeholders for effective execution of training programs. Monitor attendance, student engagement, and overall center performance. Ensure documentation, reporting, and timely submission of project-related reports. Build and maintain relationships with local government authorities, educational institutions, and industry partners. Handle grievances and resolve operational challenges proactively. Maintain financial records and ensure proper fund utilization as per project requirements. Work closely with the management team to achieve project goals and objectives. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling government projects, preferably in education, skill development, or vocational training. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in handling project documentation and reporting. Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
