Job Description

Position Overview

The Center Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, academic quality, student experience, business performance, and team management of the training center. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creative education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Center Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day functioning of the center and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain facilities, infrastructure, and learning environment as per company standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and audit requirements.

2. Academic Quality & Student Experience

Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely delivery of classes and high-quality training standards.
Monitor student performance, attendance, feedback, and implement improvement measures.
Conduct orientation sessions, parent interactions, and student engagement activities.
Ensure a positive, motivating, and professional learning atmosphere.

3. Business Development & Admissions

Drive student admissions through counselling, outreach, and local marketing initiatives.
Track enquiries, conversions, and meet monthly/annual admission targets.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, events, workshops, and tie-ups.

4. Team Leadership & Staff Management

Lead, train, and motivate the center team (faculty, counsellors, admin staff).
Conduct performance reviews and ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
Build a strong, collaborative, and service-oriented team culture.
