Title: Clinical Assessor for children Employment Status: Consultant Summary Responsible for the successful completion of clinical assessments and assisting in follow up of tasks related to connecting children and families to recommended services. The person will also be responsible in supporting KLAY facilitator to run individualized programs with the child in the assigned program room. This position will fulfil all duties pertaining to the successful completion of assessment services for children applying to get admission in KLAY centers or children already admitted in the center. This position will be an active participant in all stakeholder groups working to address the needs of children referred for assessment by Center Director/ Curriculum Team / Psychologists in system. Specific position duties and responsibilities: Conduct screenings, and clinical assessments; schedule appointments for clinical assessments at times that are convenient for families (including non-traditional work hours) Make every attempt to successfully reach all children referred for assessments Work closely with referred child and his/her faciilitators and all relevant stakeholders to coordinate all efforts that will support the completion of the clinical assessment Ensure all key stakeholders are kept informed of all progress made from point of referral to point of assessment completion and recommendations made.
