Role Overview

We are looking for a Center Coordinator - Preschool Academic Counselor to join our leadership team at ANNEX Little Me - Bhadreswar Branch. This role is critical in shaping strategic initiatives, driving innovation, and influencing the direction of our organization's projects and vision. As a Center Coordinator- Preschool Academic Counselor, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and excellence in execution.
• Drive the strategic planning process by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement across the organization.
• Champion the adoption of best practices and maintain standards to enhance holistic development .
• Stay updated on educational trends, industry developments and changing admission requirements in India
• Calling, Counselling and promote the School.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide insightful feedback to ensure alignment with architectural principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members.
• Train assistant Teachers as per need.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:

• Experience in leadership roles within educational settings.
• 1+ years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Familiarity with educational technology and blended learning approaches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per year
