Responsibilities Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and excellence in execution. Drive the strategic planning process by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement across the organization. Champion the adoption of best practices and maintain standards to enhance holistic development . Stay updated on educational trends, industry developments and changing admission requirements in India Calling, Counselling and promote the School. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Conduct technical reviews and provide insightful feedback to ensure alignment with architectural principles. Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members. Train assistant Teachers as per need. Required and Preferred Qualifications Preferred: Experience in leadership roles within educational settings. 1+ years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Master's degree in Education or a related field. Familiarity with educational technology and blended learning approaches.
