Ability to work /handle parts & interior commodity Independently. Able to interact, analyse and create parts as per design Rules & requirements. Good Team Player/Lead the team and flexible to work in any streams of work as per dynamic requirement that may change from time to time Should be able to understand and willing to work under any challenging and tough environments Aid team improving the performance and efficiency of existing product design. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members
