Cementing Supervisor

As a Cementing Supervisor at MG Well Solutions Project Int Pvt Ltd, your role will involve overseeing cementing operations at drilling sites in India & Bangladesh. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient placement of cement in wells to secure casing integrity. You will lead a team, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting, risk management, and coordination with other departments to ensure successful cementing operations. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site under general supervision, providing quality service to the customer. - Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed and provide necessary planning for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used. - May require cross-training and active participation in another product service line. - Coordinate and direct the activities of service operators, including the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. - Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed. - Lead the site crew, evaluate individual performance levels, and train operators to improve their job performance. - Have budgetary accountabilities or directly impact a revenue center's viability or quality of service via personal contributions. - Promote and actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines. **Candidate requirements:** - High school diploma or similar education and 2 years of experience as Service Supervisor-Cementing in the Oil & Gas Sector. - Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required. - Effective communication skills are necessary given the nature of oil field service work. - Must meet the minimum developmental standards for this job classification. - Possess necessary working skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions. - Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. - Minimum 1 year of Oil and Gas related experience in Laboratory or Field, specifically in cementing services, is preferred.
