Role & responsibilities 1.conducting quality toolbox talk on daily basis and recorded through attendance sheet. 2. Conducting all the quality test of plant which include trail mix, cement test , aggregate and sand test, slump and cube test, MDD, FDD , Relative density and replacement for compaction. 3. Raising AFI along with checklist and provide to execution team for inspection. 4.Conducting Pre and Post Inspection of RCC Structure. 5. Conducting material inspection in presence of client and recorded in MRIR Checklist. 6. Preparing weekly quality report and submit to QC manager on daily basis. 7. Raising quality observations and sending them to QC manager on daily basis. 8. Maintained cube register , slump register , concrete consumption register on daily basis. 9. Assist to Qc manager for preparing monthly MIS report which includes overall quality observation status , NCR Status, Good Construction practice , Concrete consumption report etc. Preferred candidate profile Immediate joiners Chennai candidates High-rise building working experience preferred.
