Cement Sales and marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, contractors, and project clients across assigned regions
• Generate and grow cement sales in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to recommend strategies
• Ensure smooth execution of orders, delivery coordination, and after-sales service
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular market visits to collect feedback, address concerns, and promote products
• Collaborate with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients and channel partners
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and feedback to the reporting manager

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Proven sales experience in the cement, construction materials, or FMCG sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales reporting, planning, and CRM tools
• Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban market dynamics
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license

Preferred Regions of Operation:

• Chhattisgarh: Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, Korba, Jagdalpur
• Madhya Pradesh: Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Rewa
• Odisha: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Balasore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
