SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications; for defining, executing, and documenting system testing; and for developing, maintaining, and delivering system documentation for business and technical stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Requirements Analysis Interface with business users (sales, professional services, support, etc.) to define, document, and ensure accuracy of functional requirements. Maintain document control system to track all documentation changes and updates in accordance with standards. Ensure consistency across all documentation deliverables. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): Associates degree or 1-4 years of experience in lieu of degree 3-5 yrs. of experience in technical writing, business analysis (for technology development) and system testing. Excellent documentation (including training materials) skills. Proven analytical, design, and conceptual skills in software development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Ability to proactively take ownership of tasks and deliverables. Experience working both independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a virtual, remote environment.
