We are looking for an experienced photo and video editor with a strong background in real estate media . You will help transform raw property visuals into high-quality, compelling content that showcases every property at its best. What you will do Edit real estate photos, including: Optimizing color and lighting, Virtually recoloring, removing color casts, Replacing skies on bad weather days ,Blur private photos and remove photographer reflections Edit and assemble simple real estate videos (in the right order) Edit 360° photos and create virtual tours. Who we are looking for Minimum 3–5 years of professional photo & video editing experience . Proven affinity with real estate editing (portfolio required). Skilled in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom. For the videos we need to use Davinci Resolve Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet tight deadlines (24 hours preferably). Quick to implement feedback. Consistency in quality Experience with 360° photography and creating these virtual tours is a strong plus. Contract type This role will initially be a freelance contract , with the outlook of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit. Selection process Pre-selection based on CV and portfolio. Practical assignment : edit a small set of photos and/or a short video.
