- Knowledge with SQL, PQL ETL - Experience on Celonis Process mining tool - Basic knowledge of Data engineering, analytics - Should have exposure to International Clients Key Responsibilities : - Basic understanding of Business Processes - Implementation projects for clients from various industries that process data at various levels of complexity - Translate complex functional and technical requirements into data models - Setup of process data extractions including table and field mappings - Estimating and modeling memory requirements for data processing - Prepare and connect to On-premise/Cloud source system, extract and transform customer data, and develop process- and customer-specific studies - Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including what data they will utilise and how the organisation will use them when they are built - Building accurate, reliable, and informative business process mining models will enable our company to expand even more quickly - Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from disparate data sources - Applying analytics and modelling will enable us to own and actively drive process improvement projects and initiatives within the relevant function - Maintaining our familiarity with the Celonis platform will require us to write documentation on its technical procedures and processes - Serving as a liaison between the data engineer, analytics platform, and business user will help with ongoing transition and reorganization - Data engineering, analytics, and visualization expertise - Proven analytical abilities, including mining, assessment, analysis, and visualization - Experience with SQL, PQL ETL, and/or programming - Strong communication skills to enable contact with all levels and departments within the organisation (Python, R, SAS, etc.) Skills & Experience : - Sound knowledge and experience of Process Mining using Celonis - Strong experience in programming, preferably Vertica SQL/PQL and Python - Experience handling large datasets - Working knowledge of data models and data structures - Technical expertise with data mining - Experience with Time Series Data - Ability to codify process into step by step linear commands - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau - Professional experience writing performant SQL queries and improving existing code - Experience working with relational and non-relational databases - Experience performing Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) activities in Celonis - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing dashboards that can provide actionable insights - Proven knowledge of analytical and logical thinking - Data engineering expertise or Celonis training/certification will be preferred

The objective of our process mining practice is to support clients in building a process mining capability offering process mining solutions. As a solution, we perform data extraction, transformations, develop analyses, and derive business cases. You would be expected to develop data-driven process insights and actions and implement the newest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning. We as a team accelerate our customers" digital transformation and drive our process mining capability expansion by closely working with our customers to generate high-value use cases. **Your Key Responsibilities** - Understand the Process Mining solution offered by Celonis and its existing capabilities. - Own and drive the product development for Process Mining by developing relevant assets and offering for the team. - Define the product roadmap, business requirements, measures of success, and features for your products and services, and help executives to deliver these to market. - Extract and create the Transformations on the Client data. - Build customize the Data Model based on client business process. - Capable of building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes and client requirements. - Build the Analysis according to the use-case Implement the Next best action for the process improvements. **Discover** - Play a key role in the Celonis implementation project to ensure the optimal solution to tackle the customer's pain points. - Design innovative analyses and execution apps and enrich them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining to make the customer's processes transparent. - Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer. **Enhance** - Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies. - Quantify the business and financial potential and present the findings to the management. - Implement our Process Automation technology to speed up the customer's processes, to drive value, and to improve the process conformance rate. **Monitor** - Implement the most relevant KPIs measuring the customer's success. - Ensure the enablement of the customer to continuously improve processes. - Set the foundation of the path to value to make the long-term customer success journey happen. **Skills And Attributes For Success** - You should have experience and knowledge about the Celonis and its various capabilities. - Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. - Actively establish client (process owner/functional heads) and internal relationships. - Good communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings, seminars, and presentations. - Leadership and ability to work in a cross-functional or departmental team. In short, you should be a team player. - Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients. **To qualify for the role you must have** - **Senior Consultant:** A minimum of 4-6 years of Celonis process mining experience along with experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area. - **Consultant:** A minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience in Celonis process mining. - Min 2 yrs of exp in Data Analytics and Process Mining with good knowledge of various tools available in the market for Process Mining. - Major ERPs knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions. - Experience working with complex ERP environments. - Must have process understanding P2P, OTC, RTR, HTR, etc. - Must have dashboarding experience. - Experience in Data extraction, Data model setup and config Knowledge in Process Mining capability/Data Analytics/Data Mining Experience in any ETL tool Informatica, Talend, DataStage or Reporting Tool-Tableau, Qlikview, Microstrategy. - Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers. - Understanding and are able to interpret business processes. - Excellent analytical skills, are always well-organized and known for being a quick learner. - Basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab.). - You are very dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward. - Willing to learn implement technologies to enhance/Augment process mining. - You search for a job with a steep learning curve in order to think outside the box and to continuously broaden your knowledge. - You have very good English skills, other languages are an advantage. **Ideally, you'll also have** - Good communication and presentation skills. **What We Look For** We're looking for passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the BPM industry and offering solutions through leading tools like Celonis.
