Job Description

Responsibilities:

Data Modeling:
Develop, maintain, and optimize
Celonis data models
, ensuring data consistency and performance for process mining. This includes data modeling with
Hana Database
and
Vertica SQL
.
Data Integration (ETL):
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases) into Celonis, ensuring efficient and accurate data pipelines.
Process Mining:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical business processes and effectively translate these into Celonis data models for in-depth analysis and insights.
Dashboard Development:
Design, build, and maintain compelling dashboards within Celonis to provide actionable insights and visualizations for business stakeholders.
Process Model Development:
Create and optimize process models in
OCPM (Operational Cost & Process Management)
to enable detailed process visualization and diagnostics.
Optimization:
Continuously enhance the performance of Celonis data models and analyses through query optimization and efficient data handling techniques.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Celonis
.
Strong understanding and experience with
ETL processes
.
Proficiency in
SQL
.
Ability to perform data modeling with Hana Database and Vertica SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process mining and optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
