Maintain customer databases and call records. Handle inquiries politely and professionally. Schedule appointments and assist in converting leads into admissions/sales. Meet daily and weekly targets. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English). Friendly, confident, and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel ).
