Role & Responsibilities Processing: Collect, format, and process electronically stored information (ESI) from various sources using platforms like Relativity, Cellebrite, Nuix, or similar. Apply data deduplication, culling, and filtering techniques to optimize review sets. Ensure adherence to chain of custody protocols and data security best practices. Hosting: Manage eDiscovery platforms and ensure smooth operation and performance. Upload and configure data sets for review in accordance with project requirements. Provide technical support to reviewers and legal teams regarding platform functionality. Review Management: Configure review workflows and assign access control lists (ACLs) based on project needs. Perform quality control checks on processed data and user activities. Create and maintain review sets based on search terms and other criteria. Train reviewers on platform functionality and best practices. Production: Generate final production sets in accordance with court orders or agreed-upon formats.
