You will report to work on time and adhere to all attendance policies to ensure smooth operations. Managing work schedules and overtime requirements within guidelines and achieving cell production targets and goals are crucial for success in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that employees are properly trained and that quality defects are contained, reported, and repaired in a timely manner. Resolving production quality issues will be an important part of your duties as well.
