As a VTC Mfg-MR 2 in the R&D Staff department of Vaccine Manufacturing specializing in Cell Culture, your primary responsibilities will include the following: - Reviving and subculturing MRC-5 cells, along with accurate cell counting. - Preparation of Master Cell Banks (MCB) and Working Cell Banks (WCB). - Proficiency in handling Roller bottles, Cell stacks, and T-flasks (TCFs). - Expertise in preparing media and in-process buffers in media mixing vessels. - Hands-on experience in virus infection and virus harvesting procedures. - Familiarity with working on Chicken embryo fibroblast cells, including processes such as pooling embryos and seeding Roller bottles (RBs). Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of cell culture processes and contributing to the overall success of vaccine manufacturing.,
