About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Doctor Onboarding: o Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce them to the Health mug platform. o Explain the features and benefits of the platform and guide doctors through the registration process. o Ensure successful onboarding by addressing any queries or concerns the doctors may have. 2. Sales and Relationship Management: o Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors. o Promote relevant products and services to doctors to encourage sales. o Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure engagement with the pla orm. o Meet sales targets by actively pitching products and services. 3. Customer Support: o Provide ongoing support to doctors using the platform. o Address any technical or service-related queries they might have, ensuring high satisfaction. 4. Reporting and Feedback: o Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and sales activities. o Provide regular updates to the management team on performance, doctor engagement, and feedback received.
