About the Role: Lead the execution of assignments, coordinate with team members, and ensure quality deliverables within the stipulated timelines. Conduct physical site visits to gather primary information, monitor project progress, and summarize findings and observations. Oversee civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications, flooring, partitioning, and ceiling installations. Review on-site work and verify if construction is executed according to approved designs, specifications, and standards. Evaluate the quality of craftsmanship in the construction process and ensure that construction standards are upheld. Review invoices and bills from contractors and suppliers for materials, labor, and services, along with supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with quality standards and identify any issues related to materials or workmanship. Verify that materials, products, and construction practices comply with IGBC certification requirements. About You: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, billing practices, and IGBC standards. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings. Flexibility to travel extensively between multiple project locations and work on-site.
