Job Title: Cambridge English Faculty Location: Work from Home (WFH) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cambridge English Faculty member to join our team. This role is ideal for educators passionate about helping students achieve success in Cambridge English Exams (A1, A2, B1, B2, etc.). You will design and deliver engaging lessons, evaluate student progress, and align teaching methods with Cambridge Assessment and CEFR standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and effective lessons tailored for Cambridge English exams. Design lesson plans aligned with Cambridge Assessment criteria. Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback. Track and assess individual student progress. Adapt teaching methods to suit varying learning styles and proficiency levels. Stay updated on the latest changes in Cambridge exams and methodologies. Maintain records of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress. Conduct both online and (if applicable) in-person classes using digital tools. You will be responsible for teaching students from Class 1 to Class 8. Key Requirements & Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different age groups and learning levels. Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (required). Certifications such as TKT, CELTA, TESOL, Diploma in Teaching English (EFLU), or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience teaching Cambridge English exams is desirable. Additional qualifications like B.Ed, M.Ed, or CTET will be an advantage. Desired Skills: Strong knowledge of CEFR levels and Cambridge English Teaching strategies. Proficient in using modern digital tools for education (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills.
