Currently, Vishay India is looking for a Product Compliance Officer to oversee all compliance and directive-related matters concerning product inquiries such as REACH, ROHS, IMDS, CDX, and BOM CHECK. This role will be responsible for managing customer environmental compliance requests, coordinating with various divisions within the company, maintaining records of inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for customer requests, and ensuring that Vishay maintains online credentials on customer websites. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and assess customer environmental compliance requests related to Vishay's product portfolio. - Coordinate and distribute customer queries to relevant divisions. - Maintain a comprehensive record of all compliance-related requests and queries. - Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and requests. - Manage Vishay's online credentials on customer websites. - Provide regular updates and communication within the organization. - Handle all compliance and directive-related product inquiries including REACH, ROHS, IMDS, CDX, and BOM CHECK. - Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing Product Compliance requirements. - Possess strong technical knowledge and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or M.Sc. in Environmental Science. - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product compliance. - Excellent coordination and communication abilities. - Proficiency in electronic components. - Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work well under pressure. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Senior Engineer, Material Compliance (IMDS) Experience 3 years onwards General Description: Responsibilities include working with Suppliers for unreported parts. Task will be to create IMDS and submit to customers and correct any issues until IMDS approval. Experience in IMDS, SVHC substances, ELV directive, CMRT and REACH is desired. He/She will be working on Engine components, Filtration management, thermal management products like HVAC, Radiator, Charge air coolers and Electronic and Mechatronics products. The person should have clear understating about the system and its functionality with real hands on to perform setups to onboard clients/funds for trading, settlement and PnL report generations (non-operations) This role requires a solid understanding of Capital Markets across both Exchange and OTC markets.
