As an Executive NOC Engineer at our Voice NOC & Technical Assistance Centre, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical support for a leading US-based telecom client. Your expertise in Voice Operations, covering services such as Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, Toll-Free Services, and more, will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include handling Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for various telecom voice services, conducting proactive alarm monitoring, troubleshooting network components, analyzing SIP/SS7 traces, and resolving incidents within SLA constraints. Your key responsibilities will involve providing end-to-end technical support for telecom voice services, including Hosted PBX, Local Phone Services, SIP Trunking, PRI, Toll-Free, Audio Conferencing, and Long Distance. You will be responsible for managing the full incident lifecycle, from ticket creation to resolution, and communicating effectively with clients and vendors. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining core network components, conducting fraud analysis, troubleshooting call quality issues, and supporting various unified communications platforms. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Voice NOC/Telecom Operations, particularly in serving US-based commercial telecom customers. Proficiency in handling telecom voice protocols such as SIP, SS7, and RTP is essential. Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya Aura Contact Center, and other related technologies will be beneficial. Furthermore, your ability to analyze SIP/SS7 traces, raw switch logs, and troubleshoot transport and switching infrastructure will be critical for success in this position. Experience of designing blocks & sub- systems like PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LVDS, CDRs, Switched Capacitor Circuits, VCOs, OpAmps, Comparators, Voltage References etc. Knowledge of CMOS Image Sensor Read- Out Circuits is desirable. - Experience of designs in 40nm, 65nm, 90nm, 130nm, 0.18um, CMOS technologies. - Experience of using EDA tools like Cadence IC6 Framework, MMSIM. Understand Customer requirements and Develop Project Specifications along with the Team Leader. Involve in Circuit Design, Simulation, support layout engineers and work in the complete project cycle until tape- out. Follow the Project Execution Plan, Project Schedule, Work Assignment and EDA tool usage plan. Active Participation in Customer Project Reviews. Mentor and Guide Junior members of the team. Project Execution in Japan as part of the ELVEEGO team located in Japan. After completion of the project in Japan, work from ELVEEGO office in Bangalore.
