You are a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), and SaaS application integrations. As a strategic advisor and hands-on executor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cross-channel marketing initiatives and customer data strategies using Salesforce technologies. Your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders from marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure the effective use of the Salesforce ecosystem in driving business outcomes. Your key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions, integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud for advanced segmentation and personalization, translating business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Data Cloud's CDP capabilities, conducting end-to-end integrations with various SaaS applications, collaborating on data flows between systems, developing and maintaining data extensions within Marketing Cloud, supporting campaign operations, and monitoring system performance and compliance. To excel in this role, you are required to have 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform, a proven track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party SaaS applications, a solid understanding of data modeling and audience strategies, proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and automation workflows within Marketing Cloud, experience in agile/scrum environments, and familiarity with privacy regulations and best practices around customer data usage. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications like Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, and Data Cloud Consultant (if available), as well as an understanding of B2C and/or B2B customer journeys and personalization strategies.
