The responsibilities and key deliverables for this role include designing and developing Steering and Front axle aggregates for LCV, ICV, & HCV platforms. You will be responsible for delivering Steering and Front axle aggregates according to QCDW (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Weight) requirements for projects. Additionally, you will be required to resolve field and manufacturing concerns, conduct DFMEA, Design review, DVVP generation, and analysis using G8D technique. You will also need to define Vehicles level and component level DVP requirements, interact with CAE, CDMM, and validation teams for aggregate development, perform root cause analysis, and lead a team of individuals. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of Homologation requirements, build technology roadmap for the aggregates, and execute potential ideas. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience with a B.E. or M.E./M. Tech degree in the industry preferred CV. General requirements for this role include result orientation with execution excellence, problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, collaboration with various agencies, proactive work approach for project completion, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and understanding customer needs to generate innovative solutions.
