As the Principal Engineer - Civil at Arcadis, you will play a key technical leadership role within our Water Design and Engineering team, contributing to a variety of challenging water and wastewater capital projects across the UK. As a Senior Engineer in Highway Drainage, you'll have the opportunity to join our UK iCRC Roads team in Noida/Bengaluru. You will lead the development and delivery of highway and drainage projects through various design stages, from feasibility to planning, detailed design, and construction. Your responsibilities will include working on a variety of highway schemes related to highway drainage elements, independently producing highway engineering designs and construction drawings for UK schemes, actively participating in multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with internal clients, preparing fee proposals, contributing to recruitment, and financial control as a package manager. You will coordinate with other disciplines to ensure an integrated design, mentor junior team members, and ensure project delivery within budget, timeline, and technical standards.
