Experience: 8+ years- Contract Role(Long term Contract) Work Location: Bangalore, KA || Hyderabad, TS || Chennai, TN Skill Required: Digital : Pega Developers Job Description: Design and configure Pega case types, flows, integrations, and UI. • Implement CDH strategies, including next-best-action, predictive analytics, and personalized engagement. • Develop customer service workflows including call centre support, digital servicing, and automation. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testers to deliver end-to-end Pega solutions. • Ensure adherence to guardrails, best practices, and compliance standards. • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and assist in code reviews. Essential Skills: • 8+ years experience in Pega development (CSA/CSSA certification preferred). • Strong experience with Pega Customer Service and CDH modules. • Good understanding of Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, APIs). • Experience with Agile delivery in multi-vendor environments. • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
