As an Assistant Project Manager - Architecture, you will be required to have a B. Arch/ BE Civil qualification with a minimum of 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in the International Architectural Services Industry. Your technical skillset should include proficiency in Architecture CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and CD SET, as well as Timber framing. You should possess a strong understanding of international building codes, construction, and architectural standards, along with a good command of working and presenting in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and project requirements, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them, and managing multiple clients simultaneously to ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. In terms of key functional areas, you will be involved in customer management, overseeing a team of project leads delivering work to US customers in the Architecture and BIM sector. Additionally, you will be responsible for team management, which includes hiring, firing, training, and managing a team of Architects and Engineers. You will also play a strategic role in driving targets to ensure departmental growth, contributing to strategic planning and policy framing to achieve short-term and long-term goals of the department and company. Furthermore, you will have administrative responsibilities, collaborating with support departments such as HR, IT, and Sales to achieve shared goals and ensure smooth operations within the Architecture department.
