As a Business Application Consultant specializing in ServiceNow consulting at PwC, your role includes analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client needs and requirements for business application consulting - Implement software solutions to optimize operational efficiency - Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives through ServiceNow applications Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Applications/B.Tech - Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience on the ServiceNow tool as an application developer - ServiceNow certified System Administrator (CSA), Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer preferred - Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations - Ability to understand technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow - Proficiency in creating and managing scripts and workflows - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle - Knowledge of technical components like LDAPs, VPN, SSL, and other technologies - Fundamental understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) would be advantageous - Hands-on experience with JavaScript - Experience in presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders You are expected to demonstrate effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver value at this level.
