As a CIO Security and Application Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Access Control & CCTV Technology Projects. Your role will involve implementing physical security standards in Accenture facilities and providing support to Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) business partners, vendors, and facilities team members. You will work in a complex corporate environment that values collaboration, independent thinking, proactive problem-solving, integrity, efficiency, and continuous organizational transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the global team for day-to-day operations of access control, security video, and mass notification systems. - Identify talent/experience gaps within the team and create a global plan to improve overall operational support and business resiliency. - Ensure completion of system projects within agreed deadlines and budget, maintaining the clients" best interests. - Consult with clients to develop client requirements/scope of works. - Act as a point of escalation for the group both technically and operationally. - Prepare enterprise architecture, solutions design, and associated documentation. - Support system implementation/deployment activities. - Support commissioning activities and project completion activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or an associate's degree with sufficient experience. - 2+ years of experience in physical security systems in projects and software house products service support. - Proficient in TCP/IP protocols, network/security applications, network analysis, and common applications. - Preferred certifications: CCURE Level 2 - 4, Genetec Security Center 5.x Omnicast Technical Certification, Genetec Mission Control Admin Training. - Knowledge of Physical Security Information Management and Application Security. - Expertise in Assistance and Protection components including Physical Access Security, Remote Monitoring, Alert Management, Security Operations Center Delivery/Support, managing incidents, troubleshooting, and networking principles.,
