You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, MDVRs, video door phones, door locks, and Wi-Fi cameras. You should be able to connect CCTV cameras to the network and work independently to handle customer queries. Additionally, you will be involved in commissioning, system integration, testing, and servicing of CCTV systems, as well as providing on-site training and upgrading camera and security systems according to client needs. Your key responsibilities will include attending CCTV maintenance calls, performing CCTV testing and commissioning, access control testing, and security and fire system testing and commissioning. You should have knowledge of installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting various systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, access control, intrusion alarms, IP cameras, and biometrics. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 12th grade education, ITI certification, diploma, or other relevant graduation degree. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar field. It is mandatory for the candidate to have their own bike with a valid license and possess a comprehensive understanding of all aspects related to CCTV systems. This is a full-time position with benefits such as life insurance and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, with additional incentives like performance bonuses, shift allowances, and yearly bonuses. The ability to commute to Raipur, Chhattisgarh, or relocate to the area before starting work is required.
