CCTV Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer at CIINFOS Thrissur Office, you will be responsible for various tasks related to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, sound systems, and IT hardware. Your main duties will include: - Install and maintain new camera systems and related equipment. - Provide technical support to customers and control room operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cameras, HDDs, and alarm sensors. - Support system and hardware installations, OS upgrades, and network troubleshooting. - Assist in sound and screening system setup and maintenance. - Handle printer installation, issue resolution, and branch-level printer support. - Maintain accurate documentation for major issues and future reference. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a positive and professional attitude. - Take initiative to improve service quality and technical processes. Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field. - Additional certifications in networking, system administration, or CCTV systems will be an added advantage.
