JD Area Manager Roles & Responsibility AM will be responsible for the overall branch performance and profitability of branches assigned. A. HUMAN RESOURCE MORALE, MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES Recruitment: Conduct of entire recruitment activities within prescribed TAT; BM Talent Acquisition and retention; 100% adherence to new employee documentation along with collection of SD (Security deposit) wherever applicable, timely initiation of BVC (Background verification) and PVC (Police verification) and ensuring opening of bank accounts of all new employees on or before 27th of joining month and sharing details with Corporate HR and RHR as required. Training and development: Identify training requirements and accordingly facilitate training in product, process and procedures for branch staff; Mentor branch staff to attract new customers, retain existing, win back lost customers, and cross sell to achieve product composition targets Maintaining talent pool: Execution of proactive measures to minimize staff attrition devised by RM-HR in consultation with Corporate HR; proper assessment of manpower and deployment of surplus staff; support PMS activities during appraisal cycle. Staff life cycle activities: Completion of HR operational activities like on-boarding, training, attendance/regularization, leave, confirmation, transfer, deputation, internal job posting, payroll, exit, timely completion of HRMS activities, availing statutory benefits, F&F etc. Statutory requirements: To monitor all statutory norms are adhered to, ensure neat display of required notices and maintenance of statutory registers at branches; timely closure of matters relating to Show cause or legal notices, Shop & Establishment Registration and renewals, Contract renewals and extensions etc. Employee connect: Coordinate/conduct Employee engagement activities; monitor employee communication w.r.t. to new initiatives, HR policies etc.; attend to and resolve employee grievance at the initial stage itself. Asset maintenance and record keeping: Upkeep and maintenance of assigned branches, guest house if any - Ensure availability, timely maintenance and renewal of furniture, critical assets (webcam, scanner, printer, CCTV, Data connectivity items etc.) and stationary; ensure branches maintain records of the same. Attend to and close all Infra-related issues of branches including rentals and matters relating to contract renewals, Shops & establishment Act, weighing machines & other statutory requirements, as per defined TAT. Expense control: Timely approval of expenses, devise and implement effective cost-control measures. Vendor management: Identify new vendors and manage existing ones to cater to all administrative and infrastructure needs of branches. Branch administration: Safety and security, Housekeeping, Hygiene and office management. Implementation of Admin processes and procedures in the branches. Timely escalation of Infra & Admin issues to line RM/ Zonal RM. Ensuring MRs are raised by branches properly and same is approved timely. You will be in charge of the safety and security aspects of your designated site. Your role will be to prevent Security lapses and be the first responder to emergency and non-emergency situations. Security planning, risk assessment & formulating effective guarding strategies are some of your key responsibility areas. Your role will incorporate managing the following: Supervising security staff, assigning/monitoring work assignments and providing training in daily security procedures, customer service skills, basic life safety and first aid, etc. Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists and procedure manual. Having a working knowledge of all current buildings security panels, fire and life safety code requirements. Managing all manpower records for on-roll and contract staff (training, compliance documents and scheduling details) Ensuring fire drill is carried out every week for security and unit staffs. Physically patrolling the designated area (focusing on elevators, and all areas of ingress/egress); using surveillance equipment, access control points, and alarms. Control buildings access and monitor activities of visitors. Conducting Security investigations and preparation of Incident report. Tracking of material movement and stock of lost and found. Regular and ongoing communication with Property Manager/Team members/Clients regarding events, incidents, concerns of Security Team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. Approving and interviewing hiring of contract security staff personnel. Ensuring customer related briefing is provided to all site employees. Carrying out weekly meetings with vendor operations head and share M.O.M with PM and client. Reviewing security after hours reports and monitor staff performance. In case of emergency coordinate with the respective tenant /administration staff/client and ensure quick movement/transfer the injured person to the nearest hospital by coordinating with and handing-over to local doctors / local legal bodies etc. Drafting disaster management plan in co-ordination with site team members & Property Manager. Playing a key role emergency (i.e. fire, evacuations human crisis, etc). Monitoring and being a part of performance/behaviour related meetings regarding contract staff Implements and provides budgets relating to the security requirements and staffing. Reporting: You will be accountable directly to the Property Manager. Qualifications You are qualified degree holder with 6-8 years security experience. Relevant experience in required property type (residential / commercial / others) will be preferred. Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.

Strong understanding of access control, surveillance systems, and intrusion detection. Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS). Experience with security risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendors. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with data center operations and infrastructure. Experience with electronic access control and integrated security systems. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple high-priority situations simultaneously.
