Job Description Network Technician Specialist Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Field/Client Visits within Mumbai) Work Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off + Sunday Fixed Off) Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Gender Preference: Male Salary: Up to 12 LPA About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Network Technician Specialist with strong expertise in network design, troubleshooting, and security . The role involves configuring enterprise-grade firewalls, managing high-availability infrastructures, and providing end-to-end support for network operations . Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain robust network environments in line with system standards. Implement and upgrade LAN/WAN solutions to ensure performance and resilience. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues using diagnostic tools. Install, configure, and manage firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, SonicWall, Juniper) . Configure and support routing, switching, VPNs, and hosted IP voice services . Enforce network security policies, firewall rule configurations, and access controls . Perform firmware upgrades, capacity planning, and system audits . Provide remote and on-site technical support to engineers and end-users. Maintain accurate documentation, IP address management, and network diagrams . Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery. Certifications (Preferred) Mandatory: CCNA (Certified or Trained) Preferred: CCNSP, NSE4, NSE5 Technical Expertise Cisco Routers & Switches Firewalls: Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, SonicWall, Juniper Wireless Routers & Access Points Strong understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP Protocols: IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, NAT, VRRP, HA Key Attributes Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills Excellent communication & documentation ability Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive team player with continuous learning mindset.
