As a Lead Network Administrator based in Pune with 3-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in our Network Infra team. Your primary responsibility will involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Network infrastructure in a Hybrid setup. You will be responsible for implementing and managing various Network equipments/devices, including Routers, Switches, and Firewalls hosted on-premises and on the cloud. A good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS is essential for this role. This role involves working with wireless infrastructure, Layer 2/3 switching, and firewall security systems to ensure a robust and secure network. The L3 Network Engineer will provide advanced technical support, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality network solutions. Key Responsibilities: Network Design and Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage wireless network solutions, including access points, controllers, and wireless LAN controllers (WLCs) to provide optimal coverage and performance.
