Responsible for the planning and design of wireline transmission Core/Agg & Access IP-MPLS Network architecture. You will play a key role in ensuring network stability and performance through timely monitoring, fault resolution, and escalation handling. What you will do: Provide 24x7 support for transmission network operations on a rotational shift basis. Monitor and manage network alarms and performance using NMS tools. Troubleshoot and resolve transmission faults across SIAE MW , NEC MW , Huawei routers , and ATN 910 platforms. Perform root cause analysis and document incidents and resolutions. Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and escalation. Ensure SLA adherence for fault restoration and incident response. Support change management activities including link upgrades, cutovers, and configuration changes. Maintain and update technical documentation and shift handover reports. The skills you bring: Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS or MCA. 2 5 years of experience in network/transmission operations.
