Job Title- PTC Cloud NOC Technician Job Location: Pune About Role: • Resource will be a part of Cloud Commercial Ops NOC team • You will be a part of highly diverse PTC Cloud Services Delivery Team which works for Multiple customers across the Globe • Day-To-Day: • Consumes monitoring platforms and reacts to alerts in order to keep the environment running optimally • Helps suggest new triggers and logging issues based on feedback received from resolving incidents and identifying new issues • Identifies broken monitors and fixes them using tools and scripts to ensure that the whole environment is reporting correctly • Begins to shadow colleagues to learn the scripting and self-healing framework to get comfortable with requirements • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the supported platforms, on application level only • Monitors all the high criticality alerting across all monitoring applications to make sure that all alerts are attended to • Reviews and resolves existing incidents in ITSM platform for all monitors and alerts that need further actions for troubleshooting • Work in 24x7 environment . Preferred Skills and Knowledge: • Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BTech/MCA) or equivalent in Engineering • Good troubleshooting /Debugging skills. • Good Communication and verbal skills • Knowledge of Java and Linux • Quick Learner Basic Qualifications: Bachelor, Master or equivalent graduate.
