Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CCNA/CCNP Trainer to join our esteemed institution and deliver top-notch training in networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in MPLS, BGP, Switching and Routing, Wi-Fi Routing, Access Point (WLC), and routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and SD-WAN. As a CCNA/CCNP trainer, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge, practical skills, and guidance to students looking to build a career in networking and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Training: Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for students enrolled in CCNA/CCNP courses. Networking Concepts & Protocols: Teach students about core networking protocols such as MPLS, BGP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and SD-WAN. Wi-Fi & Access Points: Provide training on Wi-Fi routing, configuring access points, and understanding Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) setup and management. Hands-on Labs: Guide students through practical lab sessions, helping them configure and troubleshoot real-world network scenarios. Prepare Course Material: Develop and update course content, lab exercises, and assignments based on industry trends and certifications. Certification Guidance: Assist students in preparing for their CCNA/CCNP exams, ensuring they are ready for certification. Stay Current with Technology: Continuously update your knowledge of new networking technologies and trends to ensure course materials are up-to-date. Student Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to students, helping them with networking challenges and encouraging practical learning. Assessments & Feedback: Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, exams, and practical evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Requirements: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certifications are mandatory. Any additional certifications related to networking (e.g., CCIE, CompTIA Network+) will be a plus. Technical Skills: Expertise in MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) and its practical application in enterprise networks. Deep understanding of BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) and its use in inter-domain routing. Proficient in Switching and Routing technologies, including VLANs, trunking, and router configuration. Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi Routing, configuration of Access Points (APs), and Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) management. Expertise in routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and their configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge and practical experience with SD-WAN (Software-Defined WAN) technologies, including configuration and deployment.
