Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years in Technical Operations or Production Support . 2+ years of people management experience. Strong experience with monitoring tools . Hands-on knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, MFT solutions). Basic understanding of cloud platforms and networking fundamentals . Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills . Define and refine incident response and escalation procedures . Preferred Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and incident management . Familiarity with security best practices for operations and data transfers . Ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders. Experience working in a 24/7 operations environment .
