CCI Consultant/Sr. Consultant, Clinical Trial Foundation

Role Overview: As a LCCI Consultant/Sr. Consultant, Clinical Trial Foundation at Lilly, you will be part of a global healthcare leader dedicated to making life better for people around the world. You will join a highly motivated and results-driven team focused on data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to solve complex business problems in clinical operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance knowledge of systems used in clinical trials within CDDA. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational reporting and analytics systems. - Resolve system/product issues promptly and apply root cause analysis when necessary. - Deliver high-quality, timely, and insightful outputs to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. - Utilize statistical methods, data mining, and data visualization to uncover trends and patterns. - Develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated tools to streamline processes. - Design and implement AI and machine learning models to address business challenges. - Build predictive models based on statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into business operations. - Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics. - Contribute to research and development projects for innovative AI/Analytics solutions. - Provide consultation, advice, and coaching to junior team members. - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, R, R Shiny, AWS, SQL, etc. - Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis. - Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms. - Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with business intelligence tools and databases. - Additional certifications in data science, AI, or machine learning are preferred.
