CCAI Architect - Hybrid

As a CCAI Architect, you will be responsible for managing conversation flows, intents, and fulfillment logic using Dialogflow CX. Your hands-on experience with agent assist and bots, as well as proficiency in Python for custom logic and API integrations, will be crucial in designing and optimizing complex conversational flows. You will need to have a strong understanding of webhook development for dynamic responses and experience with Google Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Console. Your familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) will be essential for improving response accuracy, and your ability to troubleshoot and debug using Dialogflow's tools will be key in ensuring smooth operations. Experience in migrating bots to the CCAI platform is a plus, and your expertise in optimizing agent performance for quick response times will be highly valued. Ideally, you should be able to work independently, sharing ideas and solutions around CCAI effectively. Your experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working in cross-functional teams will be beneficial in this role.
