To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience of 5 - 7 years. Your proficiency in Linux kernel modules, U-boot, and experience with hardware schematics, NAND FLASH, FPGA, SOC, and Python programming will be highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with version control systems, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role. In addition to technical expertise, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset are key soft skills required for this position. You must be comfortable with debugging, unit testing, emulation, and possess a good understanding of Firmware development life cycles. Adherence to the company's rules and regulations, including fulfilling a 01-year bond period and providing a 02-month notice period upon resignation, is mandatory to ensure a smooth transition within the organization.
